Frequently asked questions
Q: How much can I really earn after expenses?
A: Depends on your vehicle efficiency and assignment type. Typical net (after fuel) is 60-70% of gross. Example: If you earn $1,000 gross, expect $600-700 after fuel.
Q: Can I work for other delivery companies too?
A: Yes. You can work for multiple platforms, companies, or clients simultaneously.
Q: How often do I get paid?
A: Every Friday via direct deposit for work completed the previous week (Monday-Sunday).
Q: What if a client treats me unfairly?
A: Contact Deliverton immediately. We address issues with clients and will not assign you to that client again if necessary.
Q: Do I have to accept every assignment?
A: No. You're an independent contractor. Accept only assignments that work for you.
Q: What if I have an accident while working?
A: Your commercial insurance covers you. Report the accident to your insurance immediately, then notify Deliverton and the client.
Q: Can I bring a helper or passenger?
A: Only if the client approves and your insurance covers additional passengers. Check with Deliverton before bringing anyone.
Q: Do you have enough work to keep me busy full-time?
A: Depends on location and vehicle type. Some drivers work full-time through Deliverton; others supplement with additional platforms. We'll be transparent about assignment availability in your area.
