Q: Is the $175 management fee per driver or per hour?

A: Per driver, per month. If a driver works 40 hours or 160 hours, the fee is still $175/month.

Q: What if a driver only works part of the month?

A: If a driver works any hours in a calendar month, the full monthly fee applies. If a driver doesn't work at all in a month, no fee is charged.

Q: Are there any hidden fees?

A: No. You pay: (1) One-time placement fee, (2) Monthly management fee, (3) Driver wages directly, (4) Optional payroll processing fee. That's it.

Q: Can I negotiate volume discounts?

A: Yes. For 6+ drivers, we offer tiered pricing:

  • 6-15 drivers: 10-15% discount
  • 16-30 drivers: 15-20% discount
  • 31+ drivers: Custom enterprise pricing

Q: Is there a contract?

A: We offer both month-to-month and annual contracts. Annual contracts receive better pricing. No long-term commitment required.

Q: What if I want to stop using a driver?

A: You can stop using any driver at any time. Just notify us. That driver won't be included in next month's management fee.

Q: Are the drivers employees or contractors?

A: The driver's commercial auto insurance is primary. All our drivers carry a minimum of a $100K liability and $500K cargo coverage. You should also maintain appropriate business insurance. We can provide guidance on coverage.

A: Absolutely. If you're happy with specific drivers, we'll prioritize assigning them to your ongoing work. Many clients develop long-term relationships with their drivers.
